Join us for Santa’s Workshop: A Handmade Christmas, a festive afternoon of sewing inspiration, creative gift ideas, and holiday cheer!
We’ve been busy designing an exclusive collection of 8–10 original Desert Sage Studio sewing patterns, featuring thoughtful, practical gifts for everyone on your Christmas list! Think scrunchies, book sleeves, zippered pouches, coffee cozies, stocking stuffers, and more.
Whether you’re sewing for family, friends, teachers, or neighbors, you’ll leave with plenty of inspiration and a collection of patterns you can use for years to come.
How the Workshop Works
1:00–2:30 PM | Demonstrations ✂️
Sit back, relax, and get inspired! We’ll demonstrate our collection of handmade gift projects, walking you through construction techniques, sharing helpful tips, and showing you how to create beautiful gifts without spending hours at your sewing machine.
2:30–4:00 PM | Open Sewing 🧵
Now it’s your turn! Bring your sewing machine, choose your favorite projects, and get started checking gifts off your Christmas list!
Don’t want to pack up your machine? Sewing machine rentals are available for an additional fee.

Important Workshop Information
This is not a beginner sewing class. Participants should already know how to operate a sewing machine and be comfortable with basic sewing techniques. This workshop focuses on project demonstrations, inspiration, and independent sewing rather than teaching foundational sewing skills.
Sewing machines, fabric, and project-specific notions are not included in the ticket price. Sewing machine rentals will be available for an additional fee.

Don’t have your own sewing machine….*yet*? That’s okay! We will bring one for you. Sit back & relax. When you show up to class a machine will already be set up, threaded, and ready to sew!
